Apollo Bramwell Hospital’s (ABH) service delivery philosophy is based upon our conviction that our Customers should expect and receive the highest “Quality” health care services possible every time they visit us. “Highest Quality” implies that you can and should compare our services and how we deliver them to any other hospital you know. Our physicians and staff have been carefully selected. Our Customer Service will remind you of your best past experience in restaurants, hotels and retail businesses. At ABH, you will always be our “Most Valued” Customer.
First, you should understand that we see the Patient as only one of our Customers, perhaps the most important. We also consider the Patients’ family, friends and the community-at-large our Customers. We call this Customer component the “Public”. We know that if we meet this group’s expectations, they will become our Patients should the need for our services ever arise for them. Physicians are also our Customers. We know that Physicians want a high-quality environment in which to work. If we provide them great facilites, equipment, educated professional and support staff, and good working processes, they will bring their Patients to us. We consider the Payers of Service our Customers. This includes the Patient and goes beyond that to Insurance Companies, Corporate Employers, and even the Government. We know that to meet the needs and expectations of the Customer group – the party that pays the bill - we must provide Quality and Value. ABH defines Value as “perceived Quality at an acceptable Price.”
